The Best of British Scrapbooking and Cardmaking 2006 competition is open to all residents within the United Kingdom. We recognize that talented scrapbookers and cardmakers reside in other countries; however, we regret that we cannot accept entries from scrapbookers and cardmakers in these countries due to extensive legal restrictions. In addition, the contest is only open to individuals age 18 years or older. No entry fee is required and no purchase is necessary.
